Cost of Technical SupportAll the customers who have licensed products can receive free techinical support for not more than one hour per day per person via telephone, SMS or Whatsapp. Free technical support of not more than half an hour per person per computer is also available for customers evaluating Retally applications. Continued technical support for more than one hour may require a service contract or incur charges raised per incident.
